The main outcomes of the project should be 3 new and updated Master's degree programmes in Armenia and Ukraine, teaching and learning materials, upgraded infrastructure and well-trained teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as a network created between universities and the labour market, which will contribute to the training and retraining of needed professionals in Armenia and Ukraine. For this reason, 11 teaching staff from Armenia (Armenian National Agricultural University and National Academy of Sciences of Armenia) and Ukraine (National University of Water and Environmental Engineering) participated in a two-week training course aimed at skills acquisition, development and improvement of educational programs based on current knowledge using modern teaching methods.
