FOURTH PROJECT MEETING – UNIVERSITY OF PORTO, PORTUGAL

The U.Porto organised the 4th meeting of the AFISHE project from 3 to 5 December 2024. During these three days, the partners gathered at the Rectorate of the University to discuss the progress of each work package and agree on the next steps for AFISHE, which will be completed by the end of 2025.

The group had the opportunity to visit CIIMAR (Interdisciplinary Centre of Marine and Environmental Research), a U.Porto facility whose aim is to assess the impact of human activities and develop strategies to address global environmental change.

The consortium also welcomed Bruno Costa, one of U.Porto’s financial officers, who attended the meeting to answer the financial questions raised by the partners, and Professor Maria de Lurdes Dinis, who gave a presentation on “Training: how to create and implement double and joint degrees in the EU”, as she has extensive experience on the subject.
