On September 15–16, the Sumy National Agrarian University hosted the 6th International Working Meeting of the AFISHE Project (Erasmus+).

The two-day event was filled with intensive discussions, new ideas, and joint solutions together with colleagues from Ukraine, Armenia, and the European Union. The meeting brought together representatives of universities from Ukraine, Armenia, and the EU, as well as stakeholders from the agricultural and fisheries sectors.

The participants discussed:
▪️ the achievements of university teams and the results of project implementation;
▪️ modern approaches to improving the quality of education and research;
▪️ experiences of cooperation with business and governmental institutions in aquaculture and fisheries;
▪️ prospects for sustainable development and integration into the European educational and research space.

Special attention was given to the challenges and opportunities for the sector in Ukraine, as well as to the planning of the project’s final implementation stage.

The meeting became an important step in strengthening partnerships between universities, research centers, and stakeholders, confirming the strategic significance of the AFISHE project for the development of agricultural education, science, and practice.

The atmosphere of the meeting was marked by constructive dialogue, innovative ideas, and a shared commitment to collaborative solutions.
